5. Payment Terms

5.1. Pricing

Services are billed according to agreed-upon rates
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for ongoing services
All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified

5.2. Payment

Invoices are issued monthly for recurring services
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Termination and Refund Policy

6.1. By Client

30 days written notice required for service cancellation
Pro-rata refunds are not provided for partial months

6.2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Our SEO services operate on a monthly billing cycle, beginning on the date of initial payment
Due to immediate resource allocation and content creation at the start of each month, no partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations
Any pre-paid amounts for future months will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received before the start of those months
Work commences immediately upon payment, including:
- Content planning and strategy development
- Article writing and content creation
- SEO implementation and optimization
- Resource allocation and team assignment

6.3. By Company

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payment is overdue by 30 days or more
Client violates these Terms
Client engages in unlawful business practices

Search engine algorithms and rankings can change without notice
