Service Terms & Usage Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of AuthoritySpecialist SEO Solutions OÜ, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

AuthoritySpecialist provides professional SEO services including:

• Technical SEO audits and optimization
• Content strategy and creation
• Link building and outreach
• SEO consulting and training

3. Business Customers Only

Our services are provided exclusively to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession (B2B). By ordering, you confirm that you are acting as a business and not as a consumer. Consumer-protection rules, including statutory withdrawal ("cooling-off") rights, do not apply to our services.

AuthorityFix Plugin and Connected Service

The AuthorityFix WordPress plugin provides a useful Basic Site Check that can run without an account. Connected Analysis is optional and requires an AuthoritySpecialist account, control of the requesting WordPress administration, approval of the displayed site and scopes, and acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy. Credentials are site-scoped and may be rotated or revoked.

Connected Analysis is offered without a subscription charge during the launch period, subject to finite per-account and per-site limits, queue capacity, abuse controls and feature availability. It is not an unlimited compute service. We may introduce paid plans or service-credit spending later, but no future credit deduction or charge is authorized merely by connecting a site. The applicable cost and required approval must be shown before a chargeable operation.

Promotional service credits are non-cash usage units. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, do not create ownership in AuthoritySpecialist, and can be used only for eligible services that we expressly activate. Any operation-specific cost, expiry or refund rule will be disclosed before that operation. Credit spending is not active during the initial launch unless the product explicitly states otherwise at the point of approval.

The current public Connected workflow receives structured site evidence and returns read-only analysis. It does not authorize arbitrary code execution, plugin or theme installation, automatic publication or unattended changes to WordPress content. Any future content-changing workflow will require a separate, explicit approval and the safeguards described at that time.

Analysis is based on bounded observations and may be incomplete or become outdated. We do not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, traffic, inclusion in AI-generated answers or a particular business outcome. You must have authority to share the connected site data and remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and maintaining your WordPress site.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purposes

6. Subscription Term, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the services until then. Because fees are paid in advance and work begins at the start of each period, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Either party may also terminate for material breach with written notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and materials created by AuthoritySpecialist remain our intellectual property. You retain all rights to your website content and brand assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthoritySpecialist shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Search engine algorithm changes or penalties

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia (Harju County Court, Tallinn), without prejudice to mandatory rules that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
